Not your fault [~vrodionov], our precommit is wrong.
The one which was supposed to test building with hadoop3
(https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/8813/artifact/patchprocess/patch-javac-3.0.0-alpha4.txt/*view*/)
was still downloading 2.7.1 jars.
