Add {{{}FlinkMiniClusterMetrics{}}}, giving the {{FlinkMiniCluster}} kind the
same operator-level metric coverage the operator already reports for
{{{}FlinkDeployment{}}}: resource counts broken down by pod deployment status,
by Flink version and minor version, and CPU, memory and state-size usage.
Registered through {{{}MetricManager{}}}, with the corresponding
{{OperatorJosdkMetrics}} entry so JOSDK controller metrics are attributed to
the new kind.
Note: This concerns the operator's own metrics about the resources it manages.
Metrics reported by the Flink job itself need no operator changes (a
{{metrics.reporter.*}} configuration produces a scrapable endpoint from a
MiniCluster pod exactly as it does from a JobManager pod).
