Add user documentation for {{FlinkMiniCluster}} kind, covering what it is, when
to use it in preference to a {{{}FlinkDeployment{}}}, worked examples of a
basic job and a stateful job with Kubernetes HA, the savepoint-based workflow
for promoting a MiniCluster job to a full {{{}FlinkDeployment{}}}, and known
limitations.
Add {{{}examples/flink-minicluster-example{}}}, with a runnable example with
sample batch and streaming jobs, a Dockerfile, a {{FlinkMiniCluster}} manifest
and a README
