Add end-to-end tests covering the behaviour FLIP-611 specifies for
{{{}FlinkMiniCluster{}}}, beyond the basic lifecycle test added with the
controller:
* recovery with and without Kubernetes HA
* {{last-state}} upgrade behaviour
* savepoint-based upgrades
* Flink restart-strategy handling of task failures
* absence of spurious errors during pod restarts under HA
* savepoint-based migration of a job from a {{FlinkMiniCluster}} to a
{{FlinkDeployment}}
