I try to use MiniClusterExtension and find that speculative execution
related configuration was lost in AdaptiveBatchSchedulerFactory by
StreamExecutionEnvironment#config or
StreamExecutionEnvironment#getExecutionEnvironment. I suspect some
configurations are lost in TestStreamEnvironment#setAsContext or
StreamExecutionEnvironment#config. Can you have time to take a look for me?
