I believe that this is a useful extension to IKEv2.
I am willing to review drafts, and I might co-author.
In particular, I would like to be able to negotiate IKEv2, specifically
so that I can send a DELETE.
Alternatively, I would like to negotiate a non-SA for some traffic
selector. I mention this, because I'm not sure that the reasons for
CHILDLESS are the same for different people, and therefore, we may be
trying to use a hammer on a screw.
