Great idea. Unfortunately, I don't see any way in Github to comment
per-line on the actual text, only on patches. I'll try to do that but I
wonder if there's a better way.
You can't do it on the /blob/ view, but if you click on the commit to
get to the /commit/ view, you can comment on that. :)
