Yep. Good connection is rare in the outlands in most cases. I live in between places, so I often rely on my phone’s internet. In fact, it should always be considered that people may have rare/bad internet access - but still want to contribute. For instance, I spent about two weeks in Kenya. Internet down there is like 10kb/s. And Kenya is one of many countries with a bad internet connectivity.
