Zeev, Considering that there has not been any discussion of your final proposal (since the last change), I think putting it to vote prior to having the ability to test or discuss is extremely problematic. Especially considering every time we tried to test the proposal or discuss it before you said that you needed to "tweak the rules". Now opening vote without giving the ability for people to test it or discuss prior to voting is extremely bad form.
I **strongly** suggest that you retract the vote and open discussion on the final proposal.
