Is there any chance this is not going to be available for 5.2?
No. One of the goals was to provide 5.2 support from the start, to enable large projects (read: no way switching to 5.3 soon after the release) to start using it ASAP.
Because if so, I would add another option to the naming suggestions below: * finally *use* namespaces
