It is mentioned earlier.. can't we make a system behaviour that let us
choose what we are and then sets itself up accordingly?

Options increase the size of the testing matrix, which in turn increases the resources needed to produce the LiveCD. I hope that we'll eventually have some more general profiles, but I personally wouldn't expect a list of 30 questions allowing you to customise the system pre-install.
