If you need language packs or if you need to install a different language version, please go to the "extended" repository of any official mirror, e.g.: http://openoffice.cs.utah.edu/extended/3.0.0rc4/ OOo 3.0.0rc4 is identical to the final release. Also, if you install a non-English version of OOo, you may also want to make sure that you also install the en_US language pack.
