Well, MS licensing is another issue alltogether. If you are using MS
products, then you should contact ms and get an estimate on the licensing
costs first. If most people stopped using pirated copies of MS products
(esp. MS-Office) and considered the costs of licensed products, then I am
sure that the market share of MS in India will go down. Just witness the
recent problems MS faced in Taiwan when it tried to enforce its copyright. A
lot of people refused to pay the insane ammounts that MS asks for it's
software.

My idea was to give the original poster some idea that this is possible
under windows. Most people don't know that you can use Windows 2000 server
with terminal services and have this kind of usage. For a lot of people MS
Office is the only real option for an office suite. I don't feel that other
office suites are suitable for a large number of applications out there.
