[ilugd]: Partition Help

Hi all,

I have acidentally deleted all my linux partitions on my Linux HDD while installing Windows XP on another HDD.

On my linux HDD i had RH 8.0 installed with the following partitions

/boot 50 M
swap 1024M
/ remaining abt 18G

Is there any way i can repartition it to the same above specifications without losing my data. Also forget repartitioning I am willing to install it again is there any way i can just retrieve my precious precious data ??????
