another thing is when we decode a ogg file. how does one regulate the
speed. I mean wont the decoder decode the sound info faster than a
listning speed. I am zapped.
Well controlling the speed is not a problem. You keep putting data in a
buffer and take it out at your own speed whatever(say 25 frames/sec for
TV) That's what the sound card must be doing.
