What does libao do?
what does a decoder do? I mean an ogg decoder for instance converts ogg
to a waveform. what i want to know is how can this waveform be then sent
to the soundcard. my guess is using libao or using sound servers. but
how?
another thing is when we decode a ogg file. how does one regulate the
speed. I mean wont the decoder decode the sound info faster than a
listning speed. I am zapped.
