i'm at Patpar Ganj, east delhi, my cable provider is Balajinet
such service is there in almost every part of east delhi and also heard
of it in lajpat nagar and vasant kunj

mine is much better, almost instantaneous response to complaints. and
speed is also good (though sometimes slow in evening hours 7 PM approx)
maybe because there are group housing societies everywhere that's why
the cable operators need to put a connection till the housing society,
where they setup the hub and then it is distributed in the whole society
and maybe others too.

my ISP i think is Primus, and Primenet also offers comfortable speeds
