What you did was to add another mount point for the same disk partiton.

Then you went on to delete the files through one mount point. Note that
the files had not been *copied* from /mnt/dosc to /mnt/windows, but
rather the *same* set of files were accessible from two different places.

I hope you realize that you just deleted all files in your windows partiton.
