I differ with that opinion. Web is inevitable and everyone should be acquired with latest technologies. You can start with free courses on: udacity.com codeschool.com coursera.com And ofcourse there is youtube. If you like some hands of experience try: http://www.freecodecamp.com/ Also you are targeting a lot of technologies at once. Focus one at a time.
