1. It has an integrated GPU, it is mentioned in the specifications.

Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 GPU
Multi-VGA output support : DVI/RGB ports

Also, it has both DVI-D and D-sub VGA output so u can use both Analog 
and Digital monitors.

Integrated GPU should be just fine for Linux unless you do gaming or GPGPU.

2. This motherboard supports Dual-channel memory, so 2x2GB will be 
faster than 1x4G. So, you might want to read about dual-channel memory 
before buying RAM.
