I think you are looking at system lock down. check out some of teh

Some of your requirements are too concise/confusing to comment on. Are
you looking at replacing your windows desktops with Linux? How much of
integration are you looking at?

Unless your are really looking at replacing all the MS systems or most
of them, it doesn't make sense to move authentication mechanism to
Linux from your Organization. You might be  better off initially with
all the Linux system authenticating to windows. It would also depend a
lot on wht applications you currently run and teh amount of
integration you need to test.
