There will be no problem if we respect both the duty of the mailing list
admin to remind the list about following the list's GUIDELINES
(intentionally shouting to make people understand that it is guidelines
and not rules) as well as the freedom of the list members to decide upon
how much they abide with the guidelines. The reason for the existence of
these guidelines have been debated numerous times and eventually people
felt it to be the way it is. You can find them easily doing a web search.
