Waaaaay OT but yes! As a little scientist I loved those machines. Loved seeing the bones in my feet when I wiggled my toes. My informal understanding at the time was that they went away precisely BECAUSE of the hazard. If you think about it, the x-ray is aimed right at the user's genitals.
