Any chance we could get some more info? Who was the signer? Is there any address/location info on the letter? The letter was signed “H. H. Rumph”. I googled him too, but didn’t find anything. The letter was written in Washington, D. C. and says he worked in D. C. in April and half of May 1966, and then in Sunnyvale, CA through July 15, the date of the letter.
