The answer to that is what I call IBM Standard Answer #2 - It depends ! In our shop we still have some uses of smaller than Mod 9 but I'd say as a general rule our smallest "Standard Volume;" would be a Mod 9. To create new "smaller than Mod 9" would be an effort.
