In anyone else experiencing connectivity issues will the HTTPS Boulder or 
Rochester download servers?

Following the "connectivity test" link

selecting "HTTP Secure"

Selecting "Connectivity Test"

Clicking on "Dowload using HTTP"

I get:
Your connection is not secure
