I just got a status update from my open problem with IBM Support. It looks like I've opened a can of worms:
Thanks for the update. I've had some discussions with the Shopz folks and they have confirmed that the System SSL Security Level 3 FMID is required, as it supplies the ciphers required by the Shopz download site. Without the FMID you cannot connect to the site using FTPS. I raised this with the Senior IT architect responsible for putting out thee FLASH items on this. She will be updating the FLASH items to indicate that the System SSL Security Level 3 FMID is required. They will also be having some further high level discussions on this so things may change. At this time, after the 22nd May the only option available for you to download from Shopz is to use HTTPS.
