​An excellent point! Hopefully Hilario ​only wants "end users", who should
not be logged in for days at a time. For RACF ids which are used by long
running started tasks, such as a CICS region, he would have to know if they
were "up" during the time frame in which he is interested. This could
greatly complicate things because z/OS doesn't generate a "STC xxxx is
still running" type SMF record. Hum, perhaps SMF type 30 subtypes 1, 2, 3,
4, and 5 would need to be examined as well. Especially subtype 2, which is
an "interval" record and so comes out periodically (as specified in the
SMFPRMnn member).
