Dear Listers, Just installed the IBM Softcopy Reader on my new Windows 7 64bit PC. The Shelf Organizer brings up the "Loading IBM Softcopy Reader ..." progress bar, that goes to 50% and then just stops. I use the shortcut on the desktop to fire it up.
I searched the archives and Google, but did not find anything describing a similar problem. I tried using a different version Java JRE (although the readme says Java is not needed when the program is started from the shortcut) but to no avail. Any suggestions for debugging this, please?
