I can see the enque from either system (console on waiting system). It
is a GRS STAR configuration. I have looked in the manual you mention
and that is why I am posting here. The manual really does not provide a
reason for the enque. If it did then this might be a clue as to what
the problem is. I have been through IBMLink to research the problem
and have applied all of the PTFs which seem to fit without success.
