JWT(0400): Let me guess, it 522s after 4 hours? Let's trace forward to find what SMFPRMxx is actually in use. When you IPL the system, you give it at least six characters of a LOADPARM. The first four are the device number where SYS1.IPLPARM is to be found, and the next two are the xx for the member name LOADxx. In that member is a line, SYSPARM xx, where xx will be the suffix of the IEASYSxx member in the first PARMLIB member in the LOADxx member. Only the datasets named in PARMLIB statements in LOADxx will be used. If you specify SYSPARM with something other than 00, then the ones named there will be processed after IEASYS00, and the last values read will override earlier ones.
All of that's a long-winded way of saying you need to look in whichever active IEASYSxx members you have to see what SMFPRM00 is being read, because it has a JWT(0400) in it.
