I keep hearing an ad for IBM consulting that says "We have 65,000 consultants with GenAI experience". Is a quarter of IBM really still consultants? And what can that "with GenAI experience" mean-they used ChatGPT once?! Are there 65,000 people on the planet with meaningful GenAI experience?
