z/OS UNIX subdirectory and make them available via the HTTP server.
Well, Windows disk *can be available*. Just make a copy on every Windows
disk you have in your company. I mean it: every admin laptop should
contain the copy of your library.
Lack of Internet do happen i.e. due to security restrictions (BTDT),
concurrent failure of every laptop cannot happen unless in Armageddon
mode ;-)
