I find both PDF and Info Center easily navigable. Some PDFs could benefit from the newer features of PDFs, but find works well enough.
I download to my company laptop any PDF manual that use. I organize them in folders and then keep a Suitcase for them on a flash drive for quick access from any computer that is handy. When I don't know which manual has something, I tell Explorer to find it. I use the Info Center when I fail to find something with a PDS search. If it is a manual that I think I will again I download the PDF. I have been considering using the Download to Handheld and start carrying one that is larger than my cell phone. I quit using Book Manger several years ago when I had difficulty locating the Book Manager software to install on a new PC and had found that the PDFs were just as easy to use. I had started using PDF documents for other things that were only available as PDFs. With only one form on my PC I no longer need to install and extra piece of software. IMO it is a matter of what we get use to. Thank you and have a Terrific day!
