Mike, I could say a lot about this I had a hitachi 2TB drive fail less than 30days after purchase, their tech support jerked my chain for a week, until I called and demanded to speak to the manager. The issue was the label on the drive was a little unglued, hence the thy assume, I tampered with the drive. I got a new drive ...
