As I said earlier I have no experience of OSXREFS or LISTCAT for that matter but we do have 2 Mackinney products installed, VTAM Switch and TRACK. We have used them now for many years and whenever we have needed it (which has not been very often) the support has been excellent. Their support teams have also always been very responsive when asked to implement additional funtionality, much more so than most other software companies I have dealt with in the past.
