Sounds like you may need to accept some maintenance first? Looks like You have PTF UA60411 applied and hits module GFSA4UAT, but it has not yet been accepted.
You probably need to re-receive that PTF(s), specifying BYPASSAPPLYCHECK, so that you can accept it.
