Maybe this will work for date:

TCBJSCB -> JSCBJCTA -- (via SWAREQ) -> JCTJCTX (SWAREQ again)
gets you to the JCT extension.

JCTXSSD contains step start date.

There has to be.
The SMF30 records have an 8 byte field that has date and time.
It has to come from somewhere.
