Ok, the problem is that you optimized the translation parameters of all images at one. You need to optimize TrXYZ of all images except the first (or another anchor) and add roll as optimisation parameter: * So reset all translation parameters (select all images and choose reset parameters from context menu) * Then go to the optimizer tab, deselect TrX/TrY/Try of the first image * Then disable optimize field of view (v) and set v to 10 deg (now it is about 28 deg). * Go to the projection tab in the fast preview window or the stitcher tab and select projection rectilinear (as written in the tutorial) * Now optimize again.
PS: There is also a user defined assistant which does the steps as described in the tutorial.
