The main problem with this pto file is that you set the lens type to cylindrical. (Either after adding the images or at the last project. Hugin remembers these settings for each lens.) When setting the lens type to rectilinear the assistant works also with these images. There is a small problem with the photometric optimizer. I will take a look at this. To fix this, go to the panorama editor. Under photometric optimizer select "user defined" and press "calculate". This will calculate the right photometric variables.
