StandardServiceRegistry`No, it's not. Each call to `registry.getService( RegionFactory.class )` in your test returns the same `RegionFactory` - by design.
By default each SF bootstrap uses a unique StandardServiceRegistry which is what the ServiceContributor contributes services to.
