Doing so would require a programatic call while bootstrapping Hibernate. The ServiceContributors are applied during `org.hibernate.boot.registry.StandardServiceRegistryBuilder#build` processing. So we'd need a call to register a ServiceContributor with the StandardServiceRegistryBuilder.
