No easy solution. You need to deploy your service inside China. Heroku is not an option. Even running out of Hong Kong, Tokyo or Singapore is not good enough based on my experience because traffic is still going through the firewall. A temporary solution might be to set up a proxy and this will work until it gets discovered. Sina has a PaaS, Aliyun has a IaaS but these solutions are not as mature as the US counterparts. There is the usual colo strategy also available.
