Maybe, it's a good idea to wait with this GCD not only for GCD 6+7 to settle, but to also wait for (or participate in development of) FSF's guidelines on the use of code generated by LLMs in order to refer to that guideline. However, I have no idea about the timeline for these guidelines, I just came across its mention in [1].
