I do not volunteer, but exchange and merchant from <https://git.taler.net/> also are not yet packaged in Guix. But for Germany at least, it also still is illegal (it was illegal at least) to seriously run Taler exchanges with more than toy currencies, although it maybe is legal to use Taler to trade foreign Swiss francs. It is apparent that I do not actually know much here and of course IANAL. Regards, Florian
