Hi Florian, GLS Bank (German) is planning on having Taler in Q1 2026, so it must not be illegal. https://www.gls.de/taler/ It does say in the taler exchange manual that you most likely need a bank license if you want to make your own exchange, which makes sense in my opinion. https://docs.taler.net/taler-exchange-manual.html#organizational-prerequisites Good day, Noé
