Hi Roman,a second thing that does not work in MATE desktop, which worked earlier in other distros. I don´t know if that works in Trisquel because I haven´t installed Trisquel with MATE desktop on an other laptop.
Caja the file manager has a possibility to change the backgrounds/colours/emblems of the file manager, so that you have a nice background.
I used that earlier, but in Guix it does not work. kind regards Gottfried
