Aleksey, I am concerned that you are the second person that told me that there is a Cfengine Community version 3.2 that runs natively on Windows. The reason for this concern is due to the fact I cannot find a Cfengine Community version 3.2 download for Windows that provides an MSI file. If this MSI file exists in the Community version, please send me a link for it as well as instructions on how to install it natively.
FYI, section 2.1 Installation from https://cfengine.com/manuals/cf3-tutorial.html seems to mention the line below. "On Windows machines, you need to install the basic Cygwin DLL from http://www.cygwin.com in order to run CFEngine." Thank you in advance.
