Thanks again for the info.  So there a are 2 bug trackers. One on cfengne,com 
(commercial) and one cfengine.org that does a redirect to bug.cfengine.com. 
 Can this  not be clearer that the one on cfengine.com is for commercial users 
and maybe a side note for other users use the system on cfengine.org. It was 
very confusing for me that  i could not login with my cfengine.com credentials 
(that i need else i can not report a bug or patch)  on the commercial bug 
tracker.
