I deleted the content of ir_transaltion completely and ran
trytond-admin over
the database - now the content comes up correct in german language
I used the patch now and it worked - many thanks to Mathias! (I deleted
the rows of ir_translation with pgAdmin and then made an upgrade of the
modules out of the GUI within GNUHealth)
